First, my digital 2024 Scott Classic shows this set at $160 NH. (That's another issue with Scott.... my 2020 standard shows NH prices for Yugoslavia semi-postals, but my 2024 Classic does not. I thought the Classic was supposed to be more detailed, not another way around).
However, I have access to several hardcopy/PDF editions of Michel and when I looked at them I saw 150 euros. But when you actually translate the footnote, it states 150 EACH, and the online Michel actually shows each stamp as an individual number now and each one valued 150 euros.
So my thinking is Scott looked at Michel and assumed it was a set price and didn't bother to translate!
...I was surprised too, in Scott value, probably You are correct, they just didn't read Michel properly....
I notice a lot, especially German area, a high ratio correlation between Scott values and Michel values...... much more than say in British Commonwealth Scott versus Gibbons pricing, which tends to be all over the place, high for some, lower for others, and occasionally a WTF?
I will see what a new catalog for Yugoslavia will give, it was published recently, by someone from Slovenia, and as I see from samples on internet, they (authors) are very informed about market for this territory.
Catalog is on the way to me (and yeah, shipping cost is same as book cost)....
...as I mentioned, that another stamp catalog come to me, and as it come, and loking for this issue, I see that it is listed under number 253I-256I, and it have just 80.00 euro catalog value for full set of 4.
Need to mention, that this catalog is made by author from Slovenia, and he evaluated market in Slovenia, and also, when reading comment on web about this catalog, people say that thjis catalog have value of REAL MARKET, mean, no reduction of prices for this catalog, is option!
And another one to show - and it is with engraver's mark "S".
Scott catalog have it under number B90/93 with high catalog value of 190.00 US$, and Michel catalog number is 385/88 I with much higher catalog value for full set of four - 600.00 euro.
Most of sets available are with some kind of paper fault, or gum problems, and certificate is preferable!
From my experience, set in perfect condition is almost non available, and full set with certificate for each stamps I didn't "meet" for more than 30 years - so, keep an eye on this set!
