The denomination is not Austrian. They do not use a Marka, but Estonia does. These are likely Estonian revenue stamps. They are rather attractive.

re: I think they are Austrian Revenue but also think they could be from Estonia?

A quick search with Google Lens tells me they are most likely Estonian fiscal revenue stamps.

re: I think they are Austrian Revenue but also think they could be from Estonia?

According to my very old Barefoot Baltic States Revenues catalogue, these are three values from the 1923/28 Estonian documentary revenue set of six, including the two top values.

They were priced in 1983 at £2, £20 and £15 for the 5M, 50M and 100M stamps.

I see that the 100M has a cancellation referring to the capital city, Tallinn.

Nice to have a reason to open my old catalogue! Happy
