Here is a question I would like to acquire the unusual post mark from the Benjamin Franklyn Post Office in Phil. It is the only PO in the US without a zip card or the US flag flying high
I believe that you must go in person to acquire the post mark cancel by mailing a card etc . You can not request one by mail. Please correct me if I am wrong!
I there a member who lives in the are who could mail me a card? Does anyone know of more information?

Thanks
An interesting bit of USA postal history.
