Been collecting for 70+ years, and 1st time I've seen this stamp or the text therein. What Country please?Image Not Found

The denomination is the clue. 40 Filler indicates Hungary. A quick Google show Lajtabansag was a short-lived (4 October-10 November 1921) state in Western Hungary.

You'll find them in Scott after Hungary, listed as Western Hungary

Thanks Dave. Couldn't read the denomination. I should have taken a mag. glass to the "Filler," and I'd have figured out it was in the family of Hungary.
