Here is an incorrect ebay description. (see scan)

The problem is "R116 is a rare stamp" "actually the stamp pictured is R120"

If you are looking to buy an R116 don't buy this one!

To be fair... the poster did state a catalog value of $10, and not the $225 that a stamp #R116 is valued. So, if you are looking for a catalog #R120 (Scott 2017 value $22.50), this would be a fairly good deal.
