Oltre Guiba is an Italian colony that became part of Italian Somaliland and then Italian East Africa.
It is found in Volume 5 of Scott under "Oltre Giuba".
An important feature of Scott catalogs that novices (and even advanced collectors) haven't discovered is the index in the last few pages of each catalog.
Searching that index for "Oltre Giuba" in any volume other than volume 5, yields "Volume 5". In Volume 5, it gives the actual page number.
It is very useful in the case of many overprints.
