Hi Ralph,
My 1994 Scott lists 1889 at $0.80 for mnh, but no value for 1889A. So they added a value in the 1995 catalog for 1889A. I wonder what the seller on HipStamp will get as his listing is $25.00 or best offer.

My 2014 Scott does not list 1889A, it only lists 1889, valued 0.65 mint; 0.35 used.
There is a listing for a complete booklet pane, but does not include your stamp, numbered 1899a.
Edit. Looking at the image on hipstamp for the 1889a, I can see no difference from your image. If you just search for 1889 there are a number priced much lower. Perhaps message the seller and ask what is the difference.

My 2024 Scott pages for Argentina list 1899A, but they do not list a value for it.

I am preparing a book on Argentina and came across the stamp shown here. It is unlisted in Scott and there are no listings on eBay for this stamp, but on HipStamp there is a used copy listed for $25.00. Has anyone seen this stamp and a value for it?
