In the large amount of recent stamps I am currently working through, I found this stamp. It is a beautiful stamp showing the Artemis statue from the Ephesos temple in ancient Greece (nowadays the westcoast of Turkey). The funny thing about the stamp is that I could not find a country name on it and after some help from Google Lens I was able to track this one down as an Austrian commemorative from 2020.
What am I missing here? I thought that it was only allowed to omit the country name on a stamp when the head of state is pictured, which is what Great Britain does.
