See the Pick Up Points (PUP) and arrows to the orientation where the double transfer shows best, and the two positions for the scratches. The double transfer is located right top (see arrow)

These are NOT rare, uncommon, difficult to find. The scratch in the right hand position occurs also on the hyphen hole examples.

SOr members take a look (if you collect the 1898 Series Revenue stamps) and see if you have one of these, then post scan(s).
