Tough to say printing method without having the stamp in hand. Do you have a guess of the printing method?
You mentioned “Stolow fakery.” What is the Fakery, was Stolow’s signature a counterfeit.

My guess for the printing method of the black figure "1", I have no idea, but a rubber stamp is my guess.
You asked what is fackery, "the act of faking something"!
