On page 6 is an article about the 544 I discovered, there's a lot of technical information in the whole article.

I paid 25 cents for a lot of precancels, this 544 is one from this lot!

This was a lucky find.

I don't buy rare stamps, I discover them.

See scans, one scan if the is of the cover of the booklet. Another scan is page 6. There are 13 pages of mostly technical back ground, if interested suggest you get this booklet, it's cheap.
