Do you think it's important enough to be included in the Scott Cat. sometime in future edition?
I would say yes. All 3 printings should be in Scotts. But I am sure it will ever happen. There is a lot of other material that should be included as well. That is why there are so many specialized catalogs, like Springer and Jim Drummond (RIP)

In 1924 the BEP created what now is known as "deep etched plates that were used in offset plates", as an experiment!
The following is background information. Also there is a scan of a scan stamp.
These stamps are easy to find on this series, they appear to be doubled, but they are not.
Sor members look at your album, you might have some of these, let's see them?
Special note, I do not recall where or when I found this information, but it was many years ago.
