Okay, finally opened a box of an "accumulation" (as opposed to a collection) of many Russian stamps, but, can't identify the set represented below (I have a lot of these, in different denominations). Any help will be appreciated.

That's a Russian Civil War Regional Issue from 1919. I think it was produced but never issued.
