I Googled Japan Tea Central Association Seals on teas.
In the early 1920s, world tea exports were around 310,000 metric tons per annum. Of this, 75% came from British plantations in India and Ceylon and 9% from Dutch producers in the Netherlands East Indies. The United Kingdom absorbed 60% of world tea exports during this time.
I have some with The Nippon tea Association.

@Richard,
Thank you. No idea why I didn't think of google - that's where I usually go first. One of the fun "quirks" of old age I guess.
I found a couple dozen of these in an old envelope I found in a box unopened for 20 or 30 years. Obviously some kind of stamp related to tea but what were they used for and are they generally found a bit bruised and battered (like some types of revenue stamps). Are they a curio or considered revenue stamps? Are they worth anything?
Just curious
