I picked this up from a dealer I have got excellent material from. I only paid $250ish for it because he couldn't provide a certificate. The non bisected stamp (#4) alone is well worth the price plus it's postmark is from my home town of Liverpool NS. The bisect (#3a) seems to be tied to the adjacent stamp but that sort of thing can be faked. I like it anyway so please don't leave a bunch of negative comments. There's a chance it's real and that's good enough for me - way too much negativity out there!!!!!
