One of my favourite items! I honestly can't remember where I got it, the joys of getting older! I had a friend who told me once "It's OK to age, just don't get old!".

Thanks Ernie! I really like the item but I wish I could remember where it came from. Did I get it here? I doubt if it was an E-Bay item but I really have no idea!!

It looks identical to the US Postal Savings stamp program.
