The German Teachers’ Seminary in Milwaukee was a professional training institution, not an annual convention. It operated from the late 19th century until 1918/1919. No direct successor was established after its closure. Its affiliated school, the German-English Academy, changed its name to Milwaukee University School during World War I due to rising anti-German sentiment. In 1964, it merged with Milwaukee Country Day School and Milwaukee-Downer Seminary to form the University School of Milwaukee (USM). The former Academy building at 1020 N. Broadway still stands as a historic landmark and is now owned by the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Below is another Cinderella (charity seal) showing the building.

Okay that answers my implicit question. So it was a school, not a convention or anything like that. Thanks for this info and showing another cinderella for this institute.
Excellent info, Alexander.

There was a time when German was a thriving language in the USA. In that time German teachers got together to exchange experiences. For such a meeting in Milwaukee this beautiful cinderella seal was issued. Or should "seminar" be translated as "college"?
