I tried something like that put I ended up just reformatting for 8 1/2 x 11.
This is really neat/interesting.
Since the Minkus and Harris pages use the same physical location for their two hole punches, you could easily adapt this
to Harris international albums as well...

I have developed a system which will enable collectors who have access to Bill Steiner's album page pdf files to print pages compatible with the Minkus Global album. You will need a wide format printer to print the 9½ x 11¼ pages. You can use Minkus Global blank pages which cost about $1.00 per page plus shipping or you can purchase you own paper, trim and punch holes to specification. The font of the page headers is modified from 12 pt Helvetica to 14 pt Times New Roman which is very similar to the font used for the Minkus albums. The pages are designed for two sided printing with different binding offsets for even and odd pages. The script will convert an entire folder of pdf files at once. The script uses two free open source programs to manipulate the pdf files cpdf and ghostscript. Sorry, but the script is only available for the Windows OS.
If you are interested in receiving a copy of the script and instructions send me a message.
Here is an example of the front and back of a converted page
