I only have the older ones (complete)
I would consider buying a modern one if it is the price of postage (give or take a few bucks).
Saw them empty at my stamp club free a few meets ago.

The USPS has been selling Commemorative Year Books since 1972. Most collectors take the stamps out and set the book aside. Is there any interest in collecting the books without the stamps?
