Can't seem to find this in the Scott catalog, perhaps a more advanced Portugal collector has some info on the stamp?? It's a 40c overprint on the blue 60c Ceres.

When you get to Azores in the catalog, be sure you look for a 4c overprint on a 60c stamp.
