I have a block of four; I think it's 76, based on my view of the watermark (looks like 44). 76 has no size notation. Color is blue

But 117 notes the size of the stamp is 18 x 22 MM, which this is, precisely. Watermark doesn't look like 44 (262 is the WMK for 117). Color is light blue.

both are 1' design A1, perfs 15 x 14

If the "24" on the front indicates the year, then it's clearly 76; as 117 comes out in 1940.

I don't collect Ireland, so I'll be selling this, and I'd like to describe it correctly.

Yes, the date appears to be 16 OCT 24 with Scott Wmk. 44.

It's a Dublin parcel cancellation.
