Stamps # 315, 318, & 319, from the "Birds" set are shown as having 2 watermarks. i have carefully checked the 3 mentioned and cannot find any indication of a watermark (stamps are mint, clean, and no possible obstruction/interference), yet Scott's doesn't show these stamps otherwise - either watermark 314 or 373. Any thoughts??

re: Fiji watermarks??

In my experience, the two watermarks are often very faint to undectable (by me at least) in much of British Commonwealth stamps of that era.

"'That's just it,' said the Hemulen in despair. 'It's finished. There isn't a stamp, or an error that I haven't collected. Not one. What shall I do now? ''Nature study!' declares the Hemulen. 'I shall botanize'. "
