Auctions - Approvals
a bunch of new auctions has been put online, including a very nice looking cover that has travelled from Japan to France via the Trans-Siberia Railway, two stamp centenary cinderellas showing a beautifully engraved portrait of Queen Victoria, a bunch of Bavarian return stamps ("retourbriefe") that were used on letters that were returned to sender undeliverable, as a way of funding the return costs.
Also some interesting cinderella stamps from Germany and (presumably) the USA.

In addition to the above, I added a small approval book with cinderellas from the well known Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo NY 1901, and an extraordinary piece from the office of the Australian Postmaster-General, dated 22nd June 1903.
