Hagnar sheets with deeper pockets, and larger mounts. That should do it.

Thank you, Bob. My problem was that my longest Israeli tabbed stamp is over 70mm long, whereas the largest mount strip I could locate could only accommodate a stamp 55mm long. Again, the deepest Hagnar-type sheet I could locate had 5 strips each 50mm deep. Subsequent to my post, however, a friend has suggested I modify a block mount (i.e. trim off the top edge to create an oversized standard mount.)
I'm going to put this to the test tomorrow. Thank you again for your prompt response.

Michel,
this,and many other size stamps and formats, is why I switched to Vario stock pages.There are other brands,but Vario is my preference.
They come with pockets that are on one side or both sides of the page, and come with from one pocket to 8 pockets,,that will acomodate just about any size item you have.
Also comes in clear,if you have an item that you need to see both front and back.
And no mounts needed,and nothing is hinged,always in mint condition.
Just pick the number of strips per page,that the item is completely covered when inserted in the pocket.
ps::: Do not fold the tabs over,as you suggested. Not only defetes the purpose,but you will lesson the value. A creased perforation is not mint.It is damaged.

Thank you, Tom. I'll look for a Vario supplier tomorrow. Another thing - I hadn't realised that a creased perforation so badly depreciated the value of a stamp. One learns something new every day!

I have started collecting stamps of Israel - which come with tabs. The tab tends to increase the length of an already long stamp beyond the storage and/or display capabilities of my stock book hagnar sheets and my album mounts. I had contemplated storing the stamps with their tabs folded back out of sight, but that seemed to me to defeat the function of the tab. Can any member please offer storage/display suggestions.
