Asia/China : Taiwan: postage due specimen stamps

These stamps came from the same lot as the Taiwanese specimens in my last post. I presume they are Taiwanese and may also be specimens but unlike the other specimens previously posted have only one black bar through the value.I thought at first they might be postage dues but there is nothing in my catalogue like them. Your comments would be most welcome.

Jan Simon. Thank you. Unfortunately I don't possess a Scott or Michel. I note from the word porto that they are probably Dues or officials. Can you tell me which and if these are Specimens?

Hi Tim,
They are indeed Postage Dues. The "J" in the Scott number specifies that, and "Porto" is German for Postage Due.
I have no idea if these are specimens, but I suppose so (based on your other thread)
