It is Bahrain war tax stamp Scott MR2 if perf 14 1/2, or MR2a if perf 14 1/2 x 13 1/2. The stamp on the left of your image is correctly oriented. MR2 is valued used at 70 cents. No value for MR2a used in Scott 2011.
