Never heard of it, but here is a link to some more information and a few reviews from buyers:

Looks like they weren't too happy with it.
But not, apparently, available for Android. At least I can't find anything remotely close on the Android app store.

note that the publisher is chinese, and there are no catalog numbers of any kind. The chinese explicitly reject the concept of copyright, it being an anti-marxist notion.
The Chinese reject copyright law because it interferes with their own capitalist endeavors
Oh yes, absolutely! it is amazing how virtually any philosophic system can be used to justify anything. it's not just marx, either -- look at what has been done with the bible, and the koran. we humans excel at rationalization. we should be known as the rationalizing animal, not the rational animal.
uh, please, no religious flames. i did not mean it that way. regardless of your personal beliefs, ya gotta admit that somebody else reads it incompatibly different from you.
Re Chinese rejection of copyright. I have been told that the Chinese consider copying a higher art form. The Chinese take pride in their ability to copy anything especially stamps that ordinarily have a higher than usual value.
...and of course when they make copies of these items, it is for "educational" purposes, right? They wouldn't dream of trying to sell any of these for profit, now, would they?
Hi everyone,
I was searching the app store on my iPhone and saw an app called US Stamp Collection Bible Parts 1 and 2. It costs $0.99 and claims to be a catalog for stamp collecting and pricing. It says it has an introduction, name, price for mint and used and picture for each stamp. I know it's no Scott app but does anyone know if this is useful or accurate?
