Hi,

Would it be possible to add "strikethrough" format as a formatting option when posting threads/entries? If it is no too much trouble that is.
Just thought I'd ask.

Hi Dave,
I've added "Strike" next to the Quote button. It works the same as the rest of the format buttons. You just highlight the text that you want to strike through and press the Strike button. It will show as ~~strike~~.

As well as the highlight method mentioned above, you can use a "strike" tag so that it is in the following format:

{strike}words to strike through{/strike}

except the curly brackets would be replaced by square brackets.

I'm just curious; ~~what would you use strike-through for~~ for what would you use strike-through?

I am sure there will be instances I will use the feature. In my profession, it is used frequently, most often to show revisions (what was deleted) in documents.

I'm glad to see that! I use the strike through over at Coin Community on my want list. I can see that being useful in a few instances.
