I have what appears to be a German workerâ€™s book either related to the payment of Guild or Union dues or social security taxes of some sort. Any help educating me will be greatly appreciated.

Also, I would like to get the book into the hands of someone who has an interest in it (free of charge, ofc).

This is a book that was used by miners to pay towards unemployment insurance that they would receive if they lost their jobs or were furloughed.

Nice book.
