My first example is an NDSAP Hitler Youth branch office ocver from Gronau posted in 1938. The pair of 6 pfennig franchise stamps make the correct rate to Dortmund. The cover bears a donation label, affixed left of address, for the Hitler Youth hostels; this one depict the HJ hostel in Aalen.

The second cover is interesting to me, as a new collector of these covers, because it was mailed by the NSDAP office for the people's welfare in Hattingen-Ruhr in late 1944 with mixed franking. I do not know if the franchise stamps issued for the NSDAP were purchased at a discount rate but the sender, perhaps short of the correct franchise stamps, added a 5 pfennig Hitler head definitive to the 3 pfennig franchise stamp in order to make the correct city rate: 8 pfennig.

I am slowly, as mentioned in another post, working toward a collection of the different offices of the NSDAP.
