Scott # 1074 & 9N316 - is there any marking/color etc. on this stamp to help me decide which number it belongs to. There is a whole set of these but I'm confused as to which group they belong to.

A Service Dog gives a person with a disability independence. Never approach, distract or pet a working dog, especially when (s)he is in harness. Never be afraid to ask questions to the handler (parent).

1074 is West Germany. 9N316 would be Berlin. So just look for the word Berlin on the stamp.

Many West German stamps are identical as Berlin stamps, you just need to see the word Berlin to know which it is.
