Been sorting 1920s Washington acquired a few hundred or more in glassine envelopes in a auction.
Was wondering about this one Perf 11,19 x 22 1/4,was it in a booklet or something different. You people are always helpful and i enjoy reading the articles and ids

Appears you have the bottom two stamps of a booklet pane. Scott number 554c.
