I currently have the Chefs, Farmer's Market and Batman on order. I would like to trade some of the extras for older imperfs.

If you have multiple copies to trade, perhaps post here so others can contact you. If you want to trade with me, We can work out the details of our specific trade via private message. This thread could be where you post what you have.

FYI - the moderator suggested placing this trade circle here and not under "trades", so we have the OK to post these on an ongoing basis.

If you have a large number of extras left over from an uncut press sheet purchase and you would like to trade them for different imperf issues, list what you have to offer. If we get enough interest we should easily trade our extras.

When we mail these trades to each other, we should try to use an imperf for postage. That would be frosting on the cake!Big Grin

it should be an imperative that imperfs are used as franking. How else could it be?

I'm in, too. I have a few extras to trade. I'm working out my first trade with Theresa right now. I only need new stuff, but I have a few older ones myself. Email me if you have new stuff to swap.

I think Theresa and I may have worked out a trade! Woo Hoo!

I have a few things to offer, so David and Sally (or anyone else that wants to join in), if you plan to obtain any new issues without die cuts, send me a PM and perhaps we can work out a trade! If we get enough players here, we may even plan strategy for future purchases so everyone gets what they need without accumulating too many extras.

Josh that's great - I'm keeping a list of which press sheets everyone has bought. I'll send one to you.

If anyone else has extras from a press sheet or would like to purchase a press sheet to join in, please message me and I'll let you know what we currently have or have ordered.

This is FUN!!

re: Trade singles from USA uncut press sheets here

I want to bump this thread. I just received an inquiry from someone I've done several previous deals with for the no-die-cut issues and invited her to join us here. Luree, this is the place!

Theresa has been kind enough to get a group email going where we discuss what we have and what we're looking for. Specific trades are done one-on-one, but I suppose there could be a circle trade involving more than 2 folks.

I have already worked out two separate trades involving multiple issues in each trade. This is a GREAT way to get your no-die-cut needs filled at face value!

"it should be an imperative that imperfs are used as franking."

I'd like to add a caveat to David's Imperative: Someone just joined that doesn't have any imperfs. She is going to buy a press sheet of Rudolph, but it doesn't make sense to burn a perfectly good booklet pane just to frank her first trades. There are only 6 panes in a press sheet so there will be plenty of demand for the remaining 5. Once she trades for something like the Chefs she will likely have imperfs to burn, so in the mean time I will send her a few used imperfs on paper to sweeten the deal until she gets some stock to work with if that's OK with everyone.
