I noticed in Greg's Africa book he has some of the stuff from #81 to #105 which involves Madrid and London printings. I have a complete Nyassa collection EXCEPT I was so darn confused with these stamps that I decided to ignore them and just have a probable mixture of the two series. Nyassa's stamps are some of the most attractive I have ever seen and can live with the fact that COMPLETE is not really COMPLETE. One of these days I might try to figure out what I really have but it's not a real priority since they were collected mostly because I really like the stamps!!

When you figure it out let me know !! I used to have a very large Portuguese Colonies collection but I parted ways with it over 10 years ago when I started selling stamps online. I never could figure out which prinitings I had !

There is a lengthy discussion about this here https://www.stampcommunity.org/topic.asp ... But after reading through the whole thing, I am still not sure that I can distinguish the Lisbon and London overprints. I am assuming that all of mine are the more common London overprints.

Me too! I actually tried to figure out the differences but I didn't have the patience for it, it is quite difficult!! I treat my Nyassa collection as complete even though it really isn't.
