Simple answer: nowhere. They are Spanish charity cinderellas aimed at raising money for orphans of deceased telegraph employees.

Here is a good place to begin. I copied the images from this website some 10 years ago, made a catalog of them, and it works well for me.

Everytime I get some of these - they always seem to be connected to Spanish Morocco - so when I put them in approval books here - that is where I stick them on a separate page.
